Beajee Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

By opening an account, playing games, or using any service on the Beajee platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Beajee and its members.

These terms may be updated at any time. For significant changes, Beajee will notify members via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

To open a valid account on Beajee, you must register with accurate information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of all associated balances.

One Account Per Person

Each person may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, Beajee will verify your identity using a national ID or passport. This process is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Beajee. Under no circumstances are users under 18 permitted to register or participate in gaming.

To use Beajee's services, online gaming must be legally permitted in your country or region of residence. Attempting to access the platform from a restricted area will result in account closure.

• A national ID card or birth certificate is required as proof of age at registration.
• Providing false information about your age is a criminal offence.
• Beajee may request additional documents for age verification at any time.
• If any suspicion arises, your account will be suspended immediately and only reactivated once verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Beajee are currently supported via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, and the maximum limit may vary depending on your account tier.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once processed.

Currency

Beajee processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, bonuses, and winnings displayed in your account will be shown in BDT.

5. Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing from Beajee. Once verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first fulfill the specified wagering requirements.
• If suspicious activity is detected, Beajee may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, but the maximum daily limit is determined by your account type.

Reasons a Withdrawal May Be Rejected

• KYC verification incomplete.
• Failure to meet the bonus wagering requirements.
• Mismatch between the payment method name and the account holder's name.
• An active investigation is ongoing on the account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Beajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must meet the specified wagering multiplier before making a withdrawal. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to wager ৳25,000 in total.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Bonuses must be used within a specified validity period. Any unused bonus remaining after expiry will be forfeited.

• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

7. Betting Rules

Sports Betting

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, Beajee will refund or void the bet in accordance with standard policy.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Beajee reserves the right to review any bet if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Casino Gaming

• All game outcomes are governed by an internationally certified RNG and verified by a third party.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, Beajee reserves the right to void or correct the round in question.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result of that round will be saved on the server and can be viewed later.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Beajee. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus abuse: Strategic betting aimed at exploiting the bonus system.
• Money laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through Beajee.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or any form of manipulation.
• False Information: Using false information or someone else's details during registration or KYC.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through a payment provider after depositing funds into your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

Beajee believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. That's why we encourage every member to play responsibly.

Self-Limit Settings

Every Beajee member can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits directly in their account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Voluntary Break & Permanent Closure

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can self-exclude your account for 30 days, 60 days, or permanently. Submit a request to our support team and it will be acted on promptly.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between Beajee and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it through our support team. A response will be provided within 7 business days of the complaint being submitted.

Formal Complaint Process

• Step Two: Escalation to Senior Management.
• Step 3: Resolution through an international gaming arbitration body.

In any dispute over bet outcomes, server logs shall serve as the definitive record.

12. Amendments & Account Termination

Beajee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided.

Right to Terminate Accounts

Beajee may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:
